About

Nina grew up in Lancashire, England and since 2016 has been living and working in the beautiful ski resort of Les Gets in the French Alps. Together with her husband, James, and their two kids, they ‘upped sticks’ from the UK, following a long-held dream of living in the mountains.

Being relatively close to home and with an established English speaking ex-pat community, the huge Portes du Soleil mountain biking and ski area would offer everything worth leaving home for – without the long journey to another continent (although a move to Canada would have been MUCH easier in terms of the language barrier!).

During hikes, trail runs, mountain biking, skiing or snowboarding, Nina takes inspiration from the breathtaking sights of the area across changing hours, days, weeks and seasons.

‘Those’ blue skies, lush green mountain sides, brilliant sunshine and ALL the weather allow her to get out and capture a variety of scenes from sunrise to sunset.
